We design controls with the complete system in mind.  Each piece of equipment is carefully integrated with the new and existing conveyor so the system operates as one, not as individual islands of machinery.

PLC Programming Standardization
Each PLC program is written to documented standards throughout our Controls division.  This equates to shorter start-up durations with more predictable results.

Control Panel Design and Fabrication
Conveyor & Automation Technologies manufacture panels to either industry or customer specifications.  Each panel is rigorously tested prior to shipping to ensure all wiring and functionality.  All panels adhere strictly to the National Electric code.

Start-Up Assistance and Line Commissioning
We provide experienced controls engineers who understand Line Controls and Integration.
